学院介绍

合肥工业大学是教育部直属全国“211”工程重点大学,生物与食品工程学院是学校办学实体之一。学院始终把人才培养、科学研究与社会服务作为主要任务,实现了和谐协调、快速科学的发展。

生物与食品工程学院组建于1995年,现设有食品工程系、生物工程系、生物科学系以及农产品精深加工研究院、生物与食品工程实验室、基础生物学实验室。

学院设有“食品科学与工程”、“生物工程”、“生物技术”3个本科专业,“食品科学与工程”本科专业为国家级特色专业;学院还设有“农产品加工及贮藏工程”、“食品科学”、“粮食、油脂及植物蛋白工程”、“水产品加工及贮藏工程”、“植物学”5个硕士点和“食品工程”工程硕士点。食品科学与工程学科具有一级学科博士授予权,并设有博士后科研流动站,下设“农产品加工及贮藏工程”、“食品科学”、“粮食、油脂及植物蛋白工程”、“水产品加工及贮藏工程”、“生物质化学与化工”5个二级学科博士点。学院在食品工程领域已形成从本科、硕士到博士完整的人才培养体系。

学院的农产品加工及贮藏工程学科为国家重点“培育”学科,“211工程”重点建设学科;食品科学学科为安徽省重点学科。在基地建设方面,学院建有“安徽省农产品精深加工重点实验室”和“农产品生物化工教育部工程研究中心”。

目前状况

学院拥有一支年富力强、实力雄厚、结构合理的高水平师资队伍。现有教职员工64人,其中教授13人、副教授18人,博士生导师7人,具有博士学位教师28人;享受国务院特殊津贴专家3人,中国机械工业科技专家3人,全国科技标兵2人,省部级学科带头人和优秀教师4人,教育部新世纪优秀人才1人。

学院科学研究基地具有完善的试验条件。新建的生物与食品实验大楼面积10000㎡,实验设备总值2500余万元。拥有激光共聚焦显微镜、高效液相色谱仪、液质/气质联用仪、毛细管电泳仪、全波长扫描酶标仪、荧光定量PCR仪、超高速离心机、物性测试仪、食品超高压/超临界实验系统、分子蒸馏分离系统、凝胶成像系统、喷雾干燥塔、5-100L系列发酵设备、1t/d啤酒和速冻中试生产线等先进的仪器与设备。

目前,学院在校学生1300人,其中本科生1000人,硕士研究生260人,博士研究生40人。学院积极推进教育教学改革,重视学生综合素质的提高与创新能力、工程实践能力的培养。近几年毕业生的研究生录取率达到36%,毕业生的就业率达到95%以上。

学院积极推进国际交流工作,先后与日本、美国、欧盟的多所知名高校建立了良好的合作交流关系。学院积极引进具有国外教育背景的老师前来任教,先后派遣10多名教师到国外知名高校或研究院所做访问学者或访问交流。

十多年来,生物与食品工程学院的发展经历了“求生存、谋发展、上水平”三个阶段,目前各方面的工作步入了科学发展的快车道。学院将秉承“善学善思、有德有为”的院训,凝心聚力谋发展,同心同德创新篇,努力把学院建成我国生物食品领域高水平人才培养与科学研究的重要基地。

研究成果

学院以我国大宗、名优特农产品资源综合利用及现代加工技术为重点,致力于生物与食品加工领域的基础理论、工程应用和高新技术的研究,在农产品现代特种加工理论与技术、天然产物分离纯化及应用、农产品生物质资源转化工程、粮油加工及植物蛋白工程、畜禽水产品加工等方向具有较高的知名度;在生物技术领域的发酵工程、生物化学与分子生物学、植物学、微生物学、生物制药等方面具有特色。“十五”以来,学院累计完成国家“863”、国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑计划、省部级科技攻关项目和企业委托项目200多项,其中千万元以上重大项目4项,百万元以上项目10余项;获的省部级科技奖近20项,申请发明专利46项;发表学术论文1000多篇,出版教材8部。

学院十分注重产学研相结合,主动围绕本领域国家和行业重大急需开展科学研究。先后与全国60余家农业产业化龙头企业建立紧密合作关系,有多家大中型企业在学院建立研发基地。

学院教学与科学研究基地条件优良。实验大楼面积12000平方米,实验设备总值5000余万元。拥有激光共聚焦显微镜、高效液相色谱仪、液质/气质联用仪、毛细管电泳仪、全波长扫描酶标仪、荧光定量PCR仪、超高速离心机、物性测试仪、食品超高压/超临界实验系统、分子蒸馏分离系统、凝胶成像系统、喷雾干燥塔、5-100L系列发酵设备、1t/d啤酒和速冻中试生产线等先进的仪器与装备备。建有多个校内外科研与工程实习基地。

专业设置

生物工程专业介绍生物工程正对人类健康、社会发展及工农业生产产生重大而深远的影响,我国将其列为21世纪优先发展的高新技术领域之一。生物工程专业旨在培养从事生物工程领域的科学研究、工程设计与生产管理、新技术与新产品开发等方面的高级工程技术人才。

学生在校通过学习生物化学、微生物学、发酵工程、生化反应与分离工程、制药工程、生物工程设备、生化工厂设计等基础课程,掌握生物细胞培养和选育、生物技术及其工程化的科学原理、工艺技术和工程设计的基本理论、基本技能。本专业设置发酵工程、生物制药工程两个特色专业方向供学生选修。

学生毕业后可在医药、生化、食品、轻工、环保、能源、内外贸、工商卫检、海关等行业和高等院校、科研院所等部门工作。

生物技术专业介绍 生物技术专业的目标是培养具备生命科学的基本理论和较强的生物技术科学研究、应用开发和决策管理能力的高级专门人才。

本专业以基因工程为核心,涵盖细胞工程、酶工程、发酵工程和蛋白质工程等。学生通过生物化学、分子生物学、细胞生物学、基因工程原理、生物制药等课程的学习,掌握现代生物技术的基本理论与技术。本专业还开设基因工程和细胞工程两个专业方向供学生选修。

食品科学与工程专业介绍 食品工业是一个古老而永恒的朝阳产业,是我国近年来持续稳定、快速发展的一个行业,其工业总产值已连续多年位居我国工业各行业的首位。本专业培养能运用化学、生物学、工程学等方面知识,从事现代食品工业及其相关领域科学研究、工程设计、产品开发、品质控制、经营管理等方面工作的高级工程技术人才。

本专业课程涉及食品化学、微生物学、食品质量与安全、现代分析技术、食品工程等学科领域的基础知识和高新技术;开设有综合实验、设计实验、生产实习、课程设计、创新教育、毕业实习、毕业设计等实践教学环节;并结合人才市场需求,设置食品工程与装备、食品质量与安全、食品生物技术三个具有特色的专业方向,供学生选修。

本专业涉及的知识面宽广,基础理论丰富。毕业生可在食品、轻工、内外贸行业的中外资企业、工商、卫检、海关、高等院校、科研院所、政府机关等部门从事技术或管理工作。

本专业所属学科处于国内同类学科的先进行列,具有学士、硕士、博士三级学位授予权,设有博士后科研工作流动站,是国家重点(培育)学科和“211”工程重点建设学科。

本专业结合合肥工业大学在机电化工等方面的工科优势,经过十几年的建设与发展,逐步形成了“食品科学基础厚、工程实现能力强、校企科研结合好、学科支撑条件优”的专业办学特色。

学术交流

学院十分重视国际交流与合作,近年来先后与日本名城大学、乌克兰食品科技大学、匈牙利伊斯特万大学、日本京都大学等大学建立了友好合作关系;先后选 派多名教师赴国外知名大学或科研机构进修、攻读博士学位或从事访问学者研究;积极支持教师参加各类国际学术会议;邀请国际知名学者到我院指导工作,做学术报告,并和我 院教师座谈交流,取得了丰硕的成果。通过广泛的交流与合作,学院的专家学者拓宽了视野,掌握了国际学术前沿的最新发展动态,接触到国际同行最先进的研究方法。

下属机构

生物工程系概况

生物工程系成立于1999年,主要承担生物工程本科专业的教学,以及生物工程领域的科学研究与社会服务工作。生物工程系现有专任教师15人,其中教授2人,博士生导师1人,副教授7人。全部教师均具有硕士以上学历,具有博士学位9人,欧美国家留学经历教师3人。教师分别来自山东大学、南京大学、华东理工大学、中科院、合肥工业大学等单位,教师队伍年龄、知识、学缘结构合理。

目前生物工程系形成的比较稳定且具特色的研究方向有基因工程、发酵工程、生化分离工程等。目前承担有国家科技支撑计划项目,863重点项目,国家自然科学基金项目、教育部博士点基金项目、国家星火科技计划、省部基金和重大攻关项目等各类项目50余项,科研经费2000余万元;获省部级科技进步二、三等奖5项,发表高水平论文300篇,被EI、SCI、ISTP等国际权威检索机构检索论文80多篇;获国家发明专利20余项。

近年来,生物工程系在教学质量工程建设中,主持承担的省、校级教改项目10余项,获安徽省高等学校优秀成果奖一项。"微生物学"列为安徽省精品课程,"发酵工程"列为校级精品课程。主编的《微生物学》、《微生物学实验技术》均为高等学校十一五规划教材。大学生课外科技创新活动蓬勃开展,目前承担了国家级、省级和校级科技创新项目10余项,本科生发表论文30余篇。

生物工程系正在以团结协作、创新进取的精神蓬勃发展,迎接美好的未来。

食品工程系概况

食品工程系是合肥工业大学生物与食品工程学院五个下设单位之一;是由1995年成立的合肥工业大学食品工程教研室,于2001年机构调整转变而来。本系与学院的发展同步,经历了“求生存、谋发展、上水平”的发展历程。经过全体教师十几年的不懈努力,办学条件明显改善,师资队伍建设、科学研究、学科建设与质量工程建设取得重要进展,专业建设成效显著。

本系设有的“食品科学与工程”专业,已形成从本科生到博士生的完整的人才培养体系;目前有在校本科生331人,研究生190余人。所属本科专业设有食品工程与装备、食品质量与安全、食品生物技术三个专业方向,专业口径较宽;专业本科生近几年的年均考研率约30%,一次就业率约93%;专业十分重视生化基础与素质教育,注重学生的能力培养,已形成鲜明的工科办学特色。

本系现有在岗专任教师19人,其中教授5人、副教授8人;有国务院特殊津贴获得者2人、国家级科技标兵1人。教师队伍年龄、职称、学历、学缘结构合理,具有硕士及以上学位教师比例约80%,其中博士学位获得者11人;教师分别来自江南大学、中国农业大学、中国科技大学、浙江大学、中国海洋大学、中科院、合肥工业大学等单位,多名教师具有美、日等国进修经历。

本系成立以来,完成国家基金重大项目、国家基金、国家863项目、国家科技支撑计划、国家产业化基金项目、国家星火科技计划、省部基金和重大攻关项目等各类项目100余项,获省部技术发明或科技进步一、二、三等奖8项,发表高水平论文200多篇,申请国家发明专利40余项。目前,本系教师主持或参加有国家科技支撑计划、国家863计划、国家基金、安徽省重大科技专项等省部级以上科研项目30余项,为学科建设、专业建设和促进本科教学发挥了重要作用。

本系是学院学科建设的重要支撑单位。1995年获批“农产品加工及贮藏工程”硕士学位授予权,2000年获批“农产品加工及贮藏工程”博士学位授予权,2002年获批安徽省“农产品加工及贮藏工程”重点学科,2003年获批“食品工程”硕士授权领域和“食品科学”硕士学位授予权,2005年获批“食品科学与工程”一级学科博士学位授予权和“农产品加工及贮藏工程”国家“211”工程重点建设学科,2007年获批“农产品加工及贮藏工程”国家重点(培育)学科和“食品科学与工程”博士后科研流动站,2008年获批“食品科学”安徽省重点学科。

本系的“食品科学与工程”本科专业,2005年获批合肥工业大学教改示范专业,2007年获批合肥工业大学特色专业,2009年获批国家级特色专业;承担的“生物化工原理”和“食品工艺学”为校级精品课程;“食品现代加工技术与装备”2009年获批校教学团队;3人获合肥工业大学最受学生欢迎教师称号。近3年,本系承担或完成省、校级教改项目9项,获安徽省教学成果2等奖1项。
